Clinical Supervision for
Pre-licensed Associates in WA State
Quality supervision that sets your practice on a solid legal and ethical foundation from which to build your clinical work.
After an initial directive focus on the legal and ethical foundation of your practice, supervision gradually shifts into being process oriented, emotion focused and attachment based.
All associates under my clinical licensure supervision are given access to a shared google drive with an abundance of templates and notes on various aspects of running a healthcare practice.
Supervision for EFIT, EFCT, EFFT Certification
Supervision that mirrors the EFT therapy framework of attachment based, emotion focused, and process oriented. We will privilege emotion and our supervisory relationship. You will learn to listen for the attachment story and experiences of your clients, identify your growth edge in alliance, assessment and skills, and address self of the therapist elements as they may arise during our time together.
AAMFT Mentoring for the
Approved Supervisor Designation
For clinicians working towards the AAMFT Approved Supervisor designation, Ronda provides supervision mentoring for this process. The process requires 36 total hours of supervision mentoring sessions conducted by two different mentors.
